Villa La Croisette is a lovely 4-bedroom villa with a partly wrap-around veranda overlooking a lawned front garden with palm trees leading to the ne sand beach of Pointe d’Esny, on the South-East coast of Mauritius.

All 4 bedrooms boast air con, ceiling fan, en-suite shower-room or bathroom and sea views.
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the first floor have direct access to a sea-facing balcony with 2 wooden loungers and a coffee table.
Bedroom 4, the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor

The living/dining room is furnished with a large sofa with colourful cushions, 3 armchairs, coffee table, sideboard, floor standing lamp, wooden dining table and chairs for 10 persons
A patio door leads to the front veranda with a wooden dining table and chairs for 6 and a sitting area with chairs and coffee table
The back garden facing veranda also has a wooden dining table and chairs for 6, a sideboard and a sitting area with 6 chairs and a coffee table
Direct access to the front terrace with sea views
Equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer, 4 gas burners, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, double sink Laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
TV room: Large sofa, ceiling fan, coffee table, TV (French & English satellite channels) and DVD player.

Gardener Maid/cook (2 x maid/cook if more than 4 guests occupying the villa)
Mon to Sat (except bank holidays): Cleaning Bed making Washing and ironing of bed linen and towels
Cooking Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner in advance during normal working hours.
Please note that it is the clients’ responsibility to provide all the food shopping when the maid cooks for them.
